Play as a survivor dropped into a city, or as patient zero hunting them down.
Survivors: get caught and you turn — then you join the hunt and earn points for every survivor you infect. Your health drains constantly — find health zones to recharge. Duck into a hedge and stay quiet to hide. Some buildings have roof stairs (walk onto the glowing pad, or press E) — safe from sight, but your health drains faster up there. Last as long as you can.
